Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Pulse Club application and website operated by Onrian s.r.o. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Pulse Club. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for the security of your phone number and the device you use to access the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You may have only one account.
3. Acceptable Conduct
You agree not to: harass, threaten or abuse other users; impersonate any person; upload content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes someone else’s rights; use the Service for commercial solicitation or spam; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or interfere with the Service; use the Service to commit fraud or any criminal activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of the photos and text you upload. By uploading you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and process that content for the purpose of operating the Service. You can delete your content at any time, which terminates this licence.
5. No Warranty
The Service is provided ‘as is’, without warranties of any kind. We do not verify the identity of users and we do not perform background checks. You meet other people at your own risk and discretion. Always meet in public, tell a friend where you are going, and trust your instincts.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Onrian s.r.o. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months (which for a free service is zero).
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the app. We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Some provisions (intellectual property, liability, disputes) survive termination.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of the Czech Republic, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to your local courts.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app and via email. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
